I'm not sure which category this would fall under...I confronted a young woman at work who was not helping me do something she was supposed to help me with. When I look back, I think I could have said things in a way that wasn't as confrontative yet I don't know if it would have been effective. Anyway, I am wondering if I was psychically attacked by her a little later that day. I was riding home on the bus (she would have been driving home herself at this time) and I was reading a book. All of a sudden the words all jumbled together and seemed to be saying different things and for a while I couldn't read. It felt very strange and also I got a headache. Am I being paranoid or did something really happen? Could she do actual damage to my brain? She says she has borderline personality disorder. Is this part of the "disorder"?

Hi Mindwalker,
How are you? I hope you are feeling better.
The young woman's first name is Tori. I saw her last on Friday. I see her Mon thru Fri at work.
If it wasn't her, did I have some kind of mini-stroke?
Many blessings,
